Ingredients for 4 people
6 medium sized zucchini
400g of artichokes (canned or frozen)
8 tomatoes pixels or auburn
sage basil chives
1 vegetable stock cube
1 spoon of rice flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
PreparazioneTagliate the courgettes and dredge in flour with rice flour. If the artichokes are frozen and steam them drain.
In an oiled pan fry the herbs with tomatoes. Add the zucchini and sauté. Add the salt and a glass of water ..
Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the zucchini are cooked, but very crispy and add the sliced artichokes. Let amalgamate 5-10 more minutes
