Ingredients (for 4 people):
1 kg of chicken breast
1 apple granny rather large
1 stalk of celery
mixed herbs (oregano, marjoram, bay leaf, sage, basil, chives)
1 cube of vegetable
gluten free bread crumbs or rice flour
1 glass of alcohol-free white wine
salt and pepper q.b.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and dredge in flour (or pass them in breadcrumbs).
Peel the apple and cut into small pieces granny.
In a prepared greased pan fried with celery, carrot, chives, basil and fresh sage.
Add the apple pieces and cook for a few minutes.
Add the chicken nuggets, the remaining spices to taste, nut, and if you want a hint of pepper.
Pour the prosecco and cook, adding a little water until cooked (about 30 minutes).
Serve leaving a little 'sauce.
