(for 4 people):
800 grams of Haddock (or alternatively cod)
gluten free bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of grated cheese lactose free
salt and pepper q.b.
1 glass of beer gluten free alcohol-free
1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten free)
N.B .: there are two types of soy sauces. Use the pure non-wheat-based products (gluten free)
Mix the herbs with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese in a bowl with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, mix beer and soy.
NB: the soya serve and temper the bitterness of beer
In an oiled baking sheet sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs previously prepared and mixed with herbs.
Pass the fish in beer first and then in bread crumbs on both sides.
Arrange it in the baking dish.
If you still sprinkle the bread crumbs over the fish.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tip: serve with a side of cherry tomatoes bicolor (yellow and red) origrano and baked with breadcrumbs.
