Quick & Healthy - chops with speck, goat cheese, squash and tomatoes

Ingredients: (for 2 people) 


150g of sliced bacon 

80 grams of goat (goat) 

1 tomato Merenid 

60 grams of pre-cooked pumpkin 

1/2 boiled potato 

salt to taste 




Whisk the goat cheese with a slice of bacon, pumpkin, potatoes and tomatoes until the mixture is soft, but not watery. If you need salt 

Cut (horizontally) the slices of bacon in half 'or in three parts. Fill out the slices of bacon with the filling and roll to get nibbles. They are a tasty idea for an appetizer or an entree.
