Trippa and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 people: 

500 grams of beef tripe already cut adult 

300 grams of mushrooms in box 

500 grams of tomato pulp 

1 glass of white wine 

1 tablespoon of rice flour 

chive 

sage 

basil 

1 vegetable stock cube lactose-free and gluten-free 

olive oil q.b. 

pepper 

 

preparation: 

Wash the tripe and flour it with the rice flour. Sauté the herbs with a little olive oil and add the tripe. Add the washed mushrooms, season with pepper and pour in the white wine. 

Add the nuts and a cup of water and cook for about 45 minutes. 

Add the tomato sauce and simmer for another 45 minutes. 

 

Council to serve with a side of baked pumpkin, topped with chili oil and salt.
