Quick & Healthy - Pasta pasticciata

Ingredients for 3 people 

150g brown rice pasta (cooked from it a lot) 

16 cherry tomatoes 

50-60gr of meat (ham or recovery) 

20g of cornflakes 

1 tablespoon of grated tasty cheese 

1 tablespoon of ricotta 

Chives basil 

Olive oil salt to taste 

 

preparation 

While the pasta is cooking in salt water and a teaspoon of olive oil, chopped tomatoes and mix the meat with the ricotta. In a lightly oiled frying pan put the tomatoes to cook with grass cipoliina and basil. When the tomatoes release the sauce add the meat and cottage cheese and mix using the water from the pasta. 

Drain the pasta al dente and keep a little 'cooking water. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well to soften with cooking water. Prepare the breading with corn flakes and pecorino. In an oiled baking sheet arrange the pasta sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and pass it in the oven a few minutes to brown. If you have a combi microwave with grill or you can replace it in the oven
