Ingredients (for 4 people) 

 

360 grams of minced meat of adult cattle 

40 grams of fresh Tuscan pecorino nolle 

1 large yellow potato 

1 large carrot 

2 small to medium zucchini 

4.1 fennel 

3-4 salad leaves Chioggia 

400 grams of tomato puree 

Chives basil 

salt to taste 

Rice flour taste 

 

preparation 

 

Cook the steamed vegetables except the salad.
