For 4 people
400g of minced meat of adult cattle
500g Swiss chard stories
100g mozzarella delattosata
100g of sliced mortadella Bologna gluten-free and lactose
2-3 tablespoons of gluten-free bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil the Swiss chard in salted water and drain very well. Chop and add meta 'mozzarella and meta' mortadella.
Work the ground beef (hamburgers are good or Swiss one flesh) with the bread crumbs and the rest of the mozzarella, cut into small pieces. Give the meat in the shape of a meatloaf.
Lined with greaseproof paper with the remaining mozzarella and stored the meat loaf. Take a groove on top of the meatloaf and stuff it with vegetables. Approach the edges of the meat and close the oven in foil paper.
Bake at 200 'for about 15 minutes in conventional oven. Open the foil and cook another 5-6 minutes in a convection oven or grill to brown and dry the meat. Let cool and cut into slices
