Quick & Healthy - Mex Speck

Ingredients for 2 people 


180 gr of bacon into cubes or slice 

300 grams of the Mexican boundary (or a mixture of corn beans red beans carrots potatoes ready) 

6 ripe tomatoes pixels 

6 spicy olives 

4/5 leaves fresh chives 

1 leaf of fresh basil 

1 teaspoon of oil (even if you like spicy) 

salt and pepper to taste 




Cut the bacon into small cubes (if you use it in steak) and brown in a skillet just oiled (as I have already explained, in order to remove the excess oil using kitchen paper) with the chives and basil without making it dry . Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté. When the water from the tomatoes is almost totally absorbed, add the Mexican boundary (or vegetables), and sliced olives. Season with salt and peperoncino.e do mix. 


Serve with rice or use as a filling for tortillas or fajtas gluten-free and lactose.
