Quick & Healthy - Bresaola with mustard

Ingredients for 2 people 

 

180-200 grams of sliced bresaola 

1 lemon squeezed 

2 tablespoons of olive oil shaved 

1 teaspoon mild mustard 

oregano salt 

 

preparation 

Prepare an emulsion with oil, salt, lemon. Add the mustard and oregano. 

Sprinkle the dried beef and let sit for about ten minutes. 

 

Serve with a mixed salad topped with the same emulsion and walnuts or slivers of ricotta salata or pecorino
