Quick & Healthy - Buttersquash soup

Ingredients: (for 2 people) 


250 grams of steamed pumpkin precooked 

200 grams of skimmed milk lactose 

1 glass of warm water 

1 teaspoon olive oil, spicy 

1 vegetable stock cube 





Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and sauté with olive oil and chives. Add the milk and nut. Bring to a boil and add the water. Thicken and blend. 

Blend and serve with corn flakes or rice flakes.
