Cider zucchini (alcohol-free)

Ingredients (for 2 people): 

 

600 grams of zucchini 

1 tablespoon of rice flour 

1 bottle of cider 300ml (alcohol-free)

Marjoram chives sage 

A pinch of pepper 

1 vegetable stock cube 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

 

preparation 

 

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and dredge in flour. 

Cicchiaio fry with olive oil. 

Add spices and nut. 

Pour the cider. 

Bake about 20 minutes blending with the rest of the cider. 

Let them crisp
